Indoor Track

  • Individuals 14 years of age and older are permitted.
  • Youth ages 12-13 are permitted with an adult 18 years or older with them at all times.
  • Proper footwear required and must be dry and free of dirt before participating. No spiked shoes, turf shoes, sandals or open toed shoes are permitted.
  • No tobacco, food, gum or liquids other than water.
  • Only spill proof water bottles are permitted in area.
  • Enter track with caution.
  • Standing, horseplay, spectating, and/or stretching are not permitted on the track lanes.
  • Participants must use track in the designated direction. The track direction changes daily.
  • Walkers should use the outside lanes and runners should use the inside lanes.
  • No more than two runners or walkers side by side.
  • Please take cell phone conversations and usage out of the fitness areas and into the commons areas.
  • Headphones are needed when using personal device or equipment to listen to music or stream videos.
