The City Clerk's office is responsible for managing the official records of the City of Papillion. It is the "front office" of our city government. The office serves the Mayor, City Administrator, City Council, and all departments and divisions. The City Clerk is appointed by the Mayor with the consent of a majority of the City council pursuant to Neb. Rev. Stat. 15 to 316 (1995) and Papillion City Code Chapter 51 to 15.
